Manifesting

Manifesting

✨ Manifesting When Life Feels Heavy

In the current age of manifesting, teachers say that if you do it right, you will see positive results. But you can’t let negative thoughts in. How do we balance spiritual manifestation and hold negative thoughts at bay? How is the stress not real?

Manifesting feels easy when life is calm. But what about when our health is in jeopardy, or our bank account is bare, and the phone rings and it’s that insistent creditor, again? How do we keep the faith that abundance is coming when the negativity is loud and unrelenting?

✨The Truth About Manifesting:

Manifestation helps us to choose our focus, not pretend everything is ideal.

Regarding our health, bills, or stress, keeping the faith isn’t ignoring reality,

Acknowledge the situation, refuse to let those negative moments define what is possible, and be open to what’s better.

🌱 How Do We Manifest?

1. Ground yourself in the now. “I am here now, and I’m okay.” That shifts you from panic to possibility.

2. Honor the fact without feeling the fear. Fact: Money is tight. Fear: “It will always be this way.” Reality: No, it won’t.

3. Find a way to manifest through the crises. You don’t need the perfect rebuttal. My favorite redirects the challenge of the moment, and renders it powerless. Mentally, I’ve met the challenge, planned and executed my response, and come out the winner.

4. Take one associated action, even a small one. Make a plan, call a creditor, set expectations, organize your finances, and look for and capitalize on opportunities. Action tells the universe, “I’m participating.”

5. Treat faith like a muscle. Some days it’s strong, some days it’s exhausted. Both are everyday experiences. Build your faith muscle by consistently showing up.

6. Remember: What’s happening around you doesn’t cancel what’s happening for you. Sometimes the breakthrough comes right after the breakdown.

Financial Manifesting is Easy, They Say, Until…

  • You light a candle, and maybe some incense.
  • Close your eyes and get into a zone.
  • Center your thoughts.
  • Take several deep breaths to calm down.
  • Visualize all of your debts fading away, paid off, and…

Your phone rings! It’s a creditor, saying;

  • “Your bank account is giving us thoughts and prayers.”

Knowing your belief in the power of manifesting, you say;

  • “Hold, please, I am manifesting your money right now.”

Win or Lose, Manifesting is Real—it Works.

  • What we focus on, positive or negative, tends to show up.
  • Write your goals in a journal to track your wins.
  • Stay optimistic and visualize your desire as already done.

“It is done.” I’ve narrowed my manifesting trigger down to these three words. When I say them, I immediately visualize the challenge ending happily.

Mental Tools for Manifesting

  • Breathe. Deeply. Three breaths.
  • Acknowledgement: “Yes, bills, I owe you; you can stop calling, it is done.”
  • Don’t let fear narrate your future. Just remind yourself: It is done.
  • No need for 50 affirmations and a seven-candle ritual: It is done.
  • Just take one tiny action, and the universe knows you’re participating.

Manifesting under pressure isn’t hiding your head in the sand, pretending your life is perfect, and smiling through the stress. When doubt sneaks in, winners don’t give up. Believe that things work out. Abundance shows up in many forms, because it is done.
